HopBroads x Sactown Union Little Black IPA Release + Wing Pairing

Mar 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Special Collaboration!

Join the HopBroads for a special Sacramento Beer Week collaboration brew with Sactown Union Brewery – our Little Black IPA comes in just around 6% ABV and is chock full of Citra and Equinox hops. We thought we’d celebrate the release of our beer with a Wing Pairing and we’ll be pairing up a special Flight of Beers with the following wing flavors from ZPizza:

– Medium Buffalo
– Korean BBQ
– Basil Pesto
– Thai

Beer pairings will be posted closer to the event, as it will depend on what Sactown Union will have on tap at the time. At least $3 of each Beer and Wing Flight will be donated to Dress for Success Sacramento, a non-profit organization focused exclusively on empowering disadvantaged women to compete for jobs, build careers and improve the quality of life for their families.

Event Submission Guidelines:

  • Events must promote and embody the spirit of Sacramento craft beer. The emphasis should be on quality beer that celebrates independent brewers, using traditional brewing techniques and embracing an innovative and pioneering spirit.
  • Events should be about craft beer and presented in a way that adds a cultural, educational, activity-oriented, or culinary context to the beer. Push your team to be creative.
  • Most importantly, events must be true events — meaning they must feature a special, unique or rare selection of beer, activity, guest and/or food component, and are generally considered special, exceptional occasions, not something that would be held on any given day of the year.
  • Sac Beer Week WILL NOT approve events centered on discounts or giveaways that are typical happy hours, pint nights or beer specials, that solely promote ‘every day’ tap lists, or that encourage people to drink irresponsibly.
