Epic Ribs and Beer Pairing

We pair three (3) local Craft Beers (listed below) with a ½ rack of Pete’s St. Louis Pork Ribs that are slow roasted to delicious perfection and basted with Pete’s Signature Barbecue Sauce and included is a Dessert Beer Pairing 24.95. So grab your friends and come down to Pete’s Restaurant and Brewery in Folsom on March 2nd!

Firestone 805
A light, refreshing blonde ale created for the California lifestyle. Subtle malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of hops, creating a versatile beer with a clean finish.

Track 7 Panic IPA
Panic IPA is heavily hopped with modern American hop royalty, featuring Amarillo and Simcoe. The result is an IPA that includes both subtle citrus flavors and a not-so-subtle stone fruit and slightly dank nose. Big hops and a smooth body make Panic an exceptional example of a West Coast Style IPA.

21st Amendment Back in Black IPA
Inspired by Paul Revere’s midnight ride, rebelled against the British style IPA, embraced the more aggressive American version and then recast it in bold, brave, defiant black. Back in Black IPA is a Declaration of Independence from the tyranny of the expected.

Dessert Beer Pairing
Heretic Chocolate Hazelnut Porter paired with Pete’s Volcano Chocolate Cake

If you’re not interested in above Beer Pairing, we offer a 4-Beer Paddle Taster for 8.50 and you have 16 Craft Beers to choose from that are on tap at Folsom Pete’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. View what’s on tap at www.petesfolsom.com

Event Submission Guidelines:

  • Events must promote and embody the spirit of Sacramento craft beer. The emphasis should be on quality beer that celebrates independent brewers, using traditional brewing techniques and embracing an innovative and pioneering spirit.
  • Events should be about craft beer and presented in a way that adds a cultural, educational, activity-oriented, or culinary context to the beer. Push your team to be creative.
  • Most importantly, events must be true events — meaning they must feature a special, unique or rare selection of beer, activity, guest and/or food component, and are generally considered special, exceptional occasions, not something that would be held on any given day of the year.
  • Sac Beer Week WILL NOT approve events centered on discounts or giveaways that are typical happy hours, pint nights or beer specials, that solely promote ‘every day’ tap lists, or that encourage people to drink irresponsibly.
